CONSULTING WITH YOU
To provide that “personal touch” and to enable us to ascertain your precise specifications, we will ensure that, throughout the planning process, we will be regularly on hand to help you with all aspects of your booking.

DEPOSITS
Once we have consulted with you and you have agreed in writing that you wish to have us perform at your event then, before your arrangements can be officially booked into our calendar, you will be required  pay a
non-refundable deposit equal to 25% (twenty five percent) of the total booking fee to secure your booking.   This is to avoid any disappointments with over-booking.  
Deposits can be made using Paypal, Check or Credit Card.  
If wishing to pay by Paypal then we will be more than happy to raise an individual invoice for you which will be emailed via your Paypal email address.  
Please note: there is a 9.7% Paypal Service and Administrative Fee included

COMPLETING YOUR EVENT BOOKING FORM
Once you have paid the Deposit and everything is in order, then we will gladly email out to you your official "VIRTUOSO ENTERTAINMENT EVENT BOOKING FORM" which will enable you to supply us with all the essential details of your event, location, number of guests in attendance, musical preference and all the other vital logistics that we will need to ensure that your event is a resounding success!
Please note:  The months of February until September are always busy times for us!

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
As soon as your deposit payment has been cleared into our bank account, then we will be only too happy to notify you to officially confirm your booking.

FULL PAYMENT:
The residual amount equal to 75% of the total booking fee should be made NO LATER THAN 3 WEEKS PRIOR to the event via Paypal, Check or Credit Card.   Unfortunately, failure to do so will, sadly, result in your booking being cancelled.

LATE PAYMENTS
If you payment is received after the 3 week period, then an additional Late Fee of 50 GBP will be applied.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment can be made using PayPal, Check, Credit Card and Check.  If you wish to pay via Paypal then we will happily raise an individual PayPal invoice for the

CANCELLATIONS
If, for any reason, you need to cancel your booking with us, the following penalties will be incurred:-

6 WEEKS PRIOR NOTICE:                        40% of booking fee
4 WEEKS PRIOR NOTICE:                        60% of booking fee
3 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT:                    75% of booking fee
1 WEEK PRIOR:                                        100% of booking fee
