The fees that we will be able to charge will depend on a number of factors that we will need to take into consideration.

These initial factors could be based on

• The initial requirements needed by the client with regards to the period of time you would like us to work on the organization of our event,
• The level of work and duties you would like us to assist you with
• Setting the parameters and workload for our involvement in your event
• The preparation of materials, overseeing guests responses,  audio/visual, entertainment and other requirements.
• The day-to-day running and scheduling of your event
• The location
• The duration of time required to man the event on the actual day
• And other factors running up to the time of your special event.  

We can charge our clients by the hour, by the day or we can work out a Custom Package for the entire event.
